Every ingredient is carefully chosen for its ripeness and its origin. To respect nature, we favour local produce and products with a protected designation of origin (AOP or AOC).

Our sorbets change with the months and the seasons, because we work with fresh, high-quality produce that we choose three times a week at the Nice wholesale market (MIN).
In the same spirit, we make our ice creams and sorbets every day in small batches, to keep all their freshness, flavour and vitamins!
Along with our ice-making know-how, we have a young, lively and efficient team who will quickly sculpt you a thornless ice cream rose (just don’t admire it for too long, it will melt).
